Our community offers four distinct levels of care providing seniors the independence people want and assistance as needed. The House Calls program offers personal and custodial Home Care, which can help people remain in their own homes. Our Independent Living option provides one or two bedroom apartments with the freedom people have come to desire in an on-campus setting, offering support options as desired. The Assisted Living program provides private and semi-private settings where continuous assistance is available monitoring and providing individual support. The Skilled Nursing of our health care center offers semi-private rooms with 24 hour skilled care for either short-term rehabilitation or long-term care. All care options offer a full compliment of modern amenities and additional services to personalize each resident's care plan.
Schmitt Woodland Hills combines the friendship and support of a true retirement community with the continuum of care options necessary for seniors to meet the challenges of changing healthcare needs. Our single campus setting is couple-friendly helping spouses to remain together and still receive the level of care appropriate to their individual needs.
