

The Schmitt Woodland Hills Health Center provides residents with a compassionate, loving nursing home setting in Richland Center, Wisconsin. The Health Center, which is licensed through the State of Wisconsin, offers 25 beds in semi-private settings and provides 24 hour continuous skilled nursing care for either short-term rehabilitation or long-term stays.
A licensed nurse leads a team of certified nursing assistants and staff allowing us to respond quickly and effectively to resident's needs. Occupational, physical and speech therapies are available on site, offering an active program that helps residents achieve and maintain functional skills.
Residents are encouraged to bring furniture and treasured items to personalize their time with us. Our residents are supported by a wide array of individual and community activities to keep them mentally and physically active. The Schmitt Woodland Hills campus offers a family friendly setting with private lounge areas, unlimited visiting hours, and plenty of patio and garden areas for outdoor enjoyment.
Some of our short-term residents decide to move into our Westview Community Assisted Living Facility or our Residential Care Independent Living Apartments. Some are able to return to their own homes with assistance from House Calls, our home care support service.
Schmitt Woodland Hills accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Family Care, and private pay residents. We are members of the Wisconsin Association of Homes and Services for the Aging and are participating in the "Advancing Excellence in America's Nursing Homes" campaign.
