Westview Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF)
Westview Assisted Living Facility, Richland Center, WI, is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). It is designed to support residents who can no longer live alone but do not require full-time skilled nursing care.
Westview has 10 beds in private rooms and 20 beds in semi-private rooms. Our dedicated staff can provide security and 24-hour assistance with medications, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. We encourage an appropriate level of independence while helping with daily living activities.

A registered nurse is readily accessible at all times and assesses the care needs of each Westview resident. Trained therapists are available to direct an active restorative program. We offer occupational, physical, and speech therapy services 5 days a week.
Schmitt Woodland Hills encourages the independence people want while offering an appropriate level of aid. We are a family-friendly community with unlimited visiting hours, family lounges and private spaces for special events. Residents are encouraged to make the place their own by decorating their space and bringing private furnishings.
Residents may choose to participate in the variety of activities offered. There is a rich active life available to residents including scheduled entertainment, community outings, special theme parties, arts and crafts, games and cards, a wellness program and worship services.
